The one thing members always say is that networking is the most beneficial attribute of being a CEdMA member. While this does take place in Special Interest Group (SIG) meetings and workshops which are remote, it is magnifies many times in live conferences.

CEdMA conferences are held in hotels when overnight stays are encouraged. 

There are keynotes and guest speakers but plenty of member sessions to share experiences with members, both good and not so good. Discussions in groups are also very popular.

CEdMA Enterprise conferences last two days from Monday late afternoon to Wednesday mid-afternoon. Members are allocated a number of seats included in their annual subscription and the hotel cost is included.

CEdMA Global conferences are the same length but members pay the conference charge and hotel costs on top of their membership fee.
