There are nine directors for CEdMA Enterprise, and each is elected for a period of three years. Therefore, each year three directors stand down but of course may stand again.

Your commitment as a director involves monthly one-hour board calls, twice-yearly in-person meetings on the first day of the conference to discuss strategies and actions and help in running conferences and workshops.

In addition, we have four non-executive directors who give advice and guidance to the board on strategic issues but do not have a vote.
