CEdMA recognizes both individuals and organizations who have moved customer education forward through various award programs. 

• Innovation Award - recognizes creative approaches to solving problems on real-world projects; a successful outcome is less important than the approach. This must be an actual executed project, not just an idea.
• Impact Award - recognizes a program which as made a clearly measurable impact (such as ROI, attach rate, revenue, student satisfaction, etc.). 
• Board membership services. Board members with more than 2 terms (>6 years of Board service) receive an “Emeritus Board Member” recognition badge.
