Small groups of members who meet online to work through one area of customer education in depth.

How the groups work

Each group meets online at 4pm UK (11am Eastern, 8am Pacific), led by a member volunteer. A short presentation opens the discussion, and members often bring real documents. Groups are open to all members, and each group's past meetings are available to browse.
