Certified Technical Training Manager
CTTM is the credential for education leaders that covers the commercial and business skills needed to run a training function.
How the program works
CTTM is built on the book Technical Training Management, available from Amazon. You may already have a copy; if not, you will need one before you start.
Each cohort works through six sessions, grouped into three pathways. Before each session you get self-study modules based on the relevant book chapters, and the sessions themselves are interactive, with polls and discussion. If you miss one, the recording is there to catch up.

Each pathway covers two sessions. At the end of each pathway, a short professional discussion confirms you understand it, and you earn that pathway's badge.
