What the role involves
Serving on the board is a real commitment that goes well beyond meetings. Directors should expect to give around 20 hours a month to board work, outside their day job.
Each director holds a defined portfolio and plays a direct part in growing and shaping CEdMA Enterprise for its members.
This includes
- A one-hour board call each month
- Two in-person meetings a year, held immediately before each conference
- Active work on strategic initiatives, conference planning, and workstreams that fit your expertise
- Reporting progress on your deliverables to the board each month
Standing for the board
Three director positions open each year as terms end, and outgoing directors are welcome to stand again. Nomination dates are announced in the Member Intelligence newsletter. To put yourself forward, contact community@cedma-enterprise.org.
